Product Marketing Director

Job Summary

To support the growth of Visier's core SaaS product, the remote Product Marketing Director will own the go-to-market strategy, develop differentiated messaging, and act as the voice of the buyer to drive customer expansion and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Own the go-to-market strategy for key Visier solutions, driving growth across acquisition, expansion, and retention
• Develop and operationalize differentiated positioning and messaging that articulates business value and enhances competitive edge
• Lead product and feature launches with measurable impact on awareness, pipeline, and adoption

Required qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in B2B SaaS product marketing with proven outcomes in strategic initiatives impacting growth and customer adoption
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for senior buyers
• Experience leading through ambiguity and prioritizing outcomes over perfection
• Commercial mindset, framing decisions in terms of revenue impact and market opportunity
• Exceptional storytelling and messaging skills that drive action and conversion
