Job Summary
Product Marketing Lead, a full-time position, is responsible for bridging the Product and Commercial teams, enhancing market momentum through strategic positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and evolve positioning governance and framework
- Own go-to-market strategy and launch execution for product initiatives
- Analyze market trends and competitive positioning to inform strategy
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in product marketing within B2B or B2B2C healthcare technology or benefits
- Fluency in the benefits market, including self-funded employers and the broker buying process
- Experience with category creation or significant market repositioning
- Proven ability to create and defend positioning frameworks
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in marketing, healthcare, business, or related field
