Job Summary

Product Marketing Lead, a full-time position, is responsible for bridging the Product and Commercial teams, enhancing market momentum through strategic positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and evolve positioning governance and framework
  • Own go-to-market strategy and launch execution for product initiatives
  • Analyze market trends and competitive positioning to inform strategy
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years in product marketing within B2B or B2B2C healthcare technology or benefits
  • Fluency in the benefits market, including self-funded employers and the broker buying process
  • Experience with category creation or significant market repositioning
  • Proven ability to create and defend positioning frameworks
  • Bachelor's or graduate degree in marketing, healthcare, business, or related field
