Product Marketing Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a remote Product Marketing Lead, this full-time position will own product positioning and messaging, build launch strategies for releases, and create engaging content to drive developer awareness and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Own Xata's product positioning and messaging
• Build launch strategies for every product release
• Create campaigns that turn one launch into weeks of content across multiple channels

Required qualifications

• Technical background or PMM experience at a developer tools company
• Track record of launching developer products and understanding modern developer tools and workflows
• Excellent written communication skills to turn technical features into compelling stories
• Experience with marketing infrastructure, databases, or cloud platforms
• Comfortable working directly with founders and adapting to their pace
