Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market intelligence to understand buyer personas and competitive landscape
• Plan and execute product launches, maintaining messaging for NG911 and cloud call handling
• Create sales tools and enablement materials to support the sales process and partner readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in technical product marketing or product management, preferably in public safety or related fields
• Ability to translate complex systems into compelling customer value propositions
• Experience producing impactful marketing and sales enablement assets for emergency communications
• Familiarity with AI/LLM platforms to enhance productivity and efficiency
