Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and market-savvy Product Marketing Manager, the full-time role will develop product positioning and go-to-market strategies for life insurance and annuity products, collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting advisor adoption in a remote/hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop differentiated positioning and messaging for life insurance and annuity products targeting advisors, agents, distributors, and consumers
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches and promotional campaigns
- Track and analyze product launch performance and campaign engagement to optimize marketing strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing within financial services, insurance, retirement, or wealth management
- Strong understanding of life insurance and annuity products
- Experience creating marketing content for financial professionals and regulated financial products
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, persuasive messaging
