Job Summary

Building a product growth function, the full-time remote Product Marketing Manager will focus on feature adoption and platform engagement, serving as a key connector between Marketing, Product, and Analytics to enhance buyer experiences and drive measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and define goals for product growth aligned with company-wide marketing initiatives
  • Own the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and execution for buyer-facing features, establishing adoption metrics and accountability
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized product growth roadmap, aligning stakeholders across Product, Analytics, and Lifecycle Marketing
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of product marketing, growth marketing, or closely related experience in a B2B marketplace, SaaS, or e-commerce environment
  • Demonstrated track record of launching product features and driving measurable adoption outcomes
  • Strong data fluency with the ability to generate hypotheses and make evidence-based decisions
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills with Product and Engineering teams in an agile environment
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Amplitude, Jira, or similar CRM/analytics platforms
