Job Summary

Focused on driving customer and partner growth, the full-time remote Product Marketing Manager will manage customer advocacy programs, design lifecycle and expansion campaigns, and oversee partner marketing initiatives to enhance revenue and engagement.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and manage customer advocacy programs, including case studies and testimonials, to support sales efforts
  • Design and implement campaigns that drive customer onboarding, adoption, and expansion while tracking their impact on retention and revenue
  • Oversee joint marketing initiatives with technology and channel partners, including co-branded campaigns and partner enablement efforts
Required qualifications
  • 4 to 7+ years of experience in customer marketing, partner marketing, or product marketing
  • Proven track record of creating advocacy or reference programs and translating customer outcomes into compelling narratives
  • Experience managing co-marketing programs with technology or channel partners
  • Strong project management skills across multiple programs and stakeholders
  • Excellent writing and storytelling abilities, with a focus on customer engagement
