Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing organization, the full-time salaried Product Marketing Manager will shape positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for products while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product awareness and adoption in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to identify donor and Giving Partner needs
  • Develop compelling product messaging and positioning based on insights and audience validation
  • Create and optimize launch campaigns and marketing assets to drive product usage and growth
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, with 5+ years in marketing or strategy
  • MBA or MS in marketing or business
  • Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods, Consumer Technology, or 2-sided Marketplace
  • Strong knowledge of product marketing fundamentals, including market research and go-to-market strategy
  • Certifications in product or customer marketing are a plus
