Job Summary
To shape how products are brought to market, the full-time remote Product Marketing Manager will develop positioning and messaging, coordinate launch deliverables, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer-facing experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Develop positioning, messaging, and core narratives for feature releases and strategic product narratives
- Create and coordinate launch deliverables such as changelogs, demos, and go-to-market communications
- Equip Sales, CX, and other customer-facing teams with the necessary context and materials for effective communication of new launches
Required qualifications
- Exceptional writing and editorial judgment with the ability to simplify complex ideas
- Strong positioning and messaging skills grounded in customer problems and product differentiation
- Great project management skills with the ability to track extensive details
- Comfort with deep product knowledge and credibility with Product, Engineering, and Design teams
- Strong judgment and ability to operate autonomously while maintaining high quality standards
