Job Summary
As a remote opportunity, the Product Marketing & Commercial Enablement Manager will shape market understanding of Crisp's products, equip the retail sales team with essential tools, and lead product launches to drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the enablement partner for retailer deals, creating sales assets and providing deal-specific support
- Own and update the retailer segment messaging framework, ensuring alignment with broader commercial narratives
- Drive go-to-market strategies for product launches, developing messaging and materials that excite sellers and customers
Required qualifications
- Experience in product marketing or sales enablement, preferably in the retail or technology sectors
- Proficiency in developing sales enablement materials and competitive intelligence
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and product launch processes
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in sales and marketing
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment
