Job Summary

Owning the go-to-market strategy for Blackboard's products in the federal, state, and local government and corporate workforce learning markets, the full-time remote Product Marketing Manager will develop positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials while conducting market research and competitive analysis to support sales teams in specialized segments.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive the go-to-market strategy and develop persona-specific messaging for key buyer types in the BizGov segment
  • Lead go-to-market planning and coordinate with Product Management and Revenue Marketing to ensure alignment and high conversion rates
  • Build and maintain sales enablement materials, including battle cards and proposal sections, to support the BizGov sales team
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of B2B product marketing experience, preferably in government or enterprise workforce/training markets
  • Proven ability to develop positioning and messaging frameworks supported by evidence
  • Experience creating effective sales enablement materials
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce compelling marketing documents
  • Analytical mindset with familiarity in using win/loss data and pipeline metrics
