Job Summary

Owning the audience intelligence and messaging architecture, the full-time Product Marketing Manager will build centralized messaging systems, develop actionable buyer personas, and integrate consumer insights to enhance product launches while working in a hybrid or remote capacity within the United States.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a centralized messaging system for launch messaging and sales enablement materials
  • Develop actionable buyer and user personas that incorporate wellness goals and purchase journeys
  • Integrate competitive and consumer intelligence into marketing and sales strategies
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years in product marketing, preferably in multi-product consumer brands
  • Deep experience with persona development based on qualitative research
  • Strong cross-functional skills to align stakeholders and adapt communication
  • Experience messaging products that redefine their category
  • Comfort leveraging AI tools as part of the workflow
