Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Onboarding Specialist to guide solo practitioners and individual subscribers in utilizing AI tools effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compelling one-on-one product demonstrations tailored to solo practitioners
• Teach individual users how to maximize the use of GC AI features in their practice
• Engage with solo subscribers to understand their workflows and design tailored AI solutions

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience practicing law
• Proven experience in designing or delivering training programs or workshops
• A genuine passion for technology and experimenting with new software and AI tools
• Track record of prioritizing customer success and building professional relationships
• Experience with technical aspects of provisioning accounts and managing user setups
