Job Summary
Owning the operational performance of the platform, the full-time remote Product and Merchant Operations Account Manager will manage merchant onboarding, ensure product performance, and translate operational insights into product strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding and ongoing support of 10-4 merchant partners and networks
- Triage product performance issues in partnership with Engineering teams to ensure platform reliability
- Translate operational insights into actionable product inputs and support roadmap priorities
Required qualifications
- Experience in merchant operations or account management
- Strong analytical skills to leverage transaction data and diagnose issues
- Familiarity with product performance metrics and operational KPIs
- Ability to build scalable processes and documentation for internal teams
- Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in operational practices
