A company is looking for a Product Operations Analyst to support product management operations and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate reports and track key performance metrics within the product management tool
• Oversee the Knowledge Management Framework and maintain knowledge architecture
• Monitor and ensure adherence to critical processes and recommend process improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years' experience in product management, operations, or related roles
• Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience with Aha! Product Management Software
• Experience using Microsoft O365 SharePoint for information management
