Product Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations Analyst to support product strategy and operational effectiveness through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of long-term product goals and provide data-driven insights for planning cycles
• Analyze product usage and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities
• Define and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards for product performance visibility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• 2-4+ years of experience in product analytics or business intelligence
• Strong proficiency in querying large datasets
• Experience with BI and product analytics tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, or Tableau
• Experience designing and interpreting A/B or multivariate experiments
