Job Summary

Product Operations Analyst is a full-time role responsible for supporting the operational success of deployed software products by managing customer support tickets, conducting analysis of issues, and ensuring timely delivery of client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the intake and resolution workflow of customer support tickets, prioritizing based on severity and business needs
  • Support product testing activities, including validation of bug fixes and drafting product release notes
  • Develop and maintain operational documentation and contribute to continuous improvement activities across Operations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing or client support role
  • Experience with product testing and writing user stories for software development
  • Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Atlassian products and understanding of technical integrations are preferred
