Product Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To drive product insights and enhance customer experiences, the full-time remote Product Operations Analyst will build and maintain the authoritative record of customer usage data, define measurement requirements, and integrate data across business systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and implement what usage events to measure and how to capture them in real time
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of usage data, aggregating it from individual users to organizational levels
• Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to extend data capabilities as new features are launched

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years in product operations, technical product management, or data/analytics product management in a SaaS environment
• Technical fluency to define instrumentation, write requirements, and validate data capture
• Working knowledge of SQL and BI tools for data validation and collaboration with data teams
• Ability to translate ambiguous questions into measurable metrics with appropriate detail
• Experience in building systems from definition to implementation, including documentation skills
