Product Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the operational integrity of the product portfolio, the full-time remote Product Operations Analyst will manage product data, improve workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and scalable product structures.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert on product portfolio structure in Salesforce and related systems
• Partner with Product Managers and teams to define, QA, and enhance SKU structures and operational workflows
• Track and report on key product and operational metrics, maintaining dashboards and recurring reports for stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Business Analysis, or a related role in a technology or SaaS environment
• Strong experience with quoting platforms and familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or similar tools
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas and analytical reporting
• Working knowledge of SaaS business models and cloud services
