Product Operations Associate

Job Summary

Supporting product launches and cross-functional workflows, the full-time remote Product Operations Associate will manage go-to-market activities, synthesize user feedback, and maintain product documentation to ensure operational efficiency within the company.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate go-to-market activities and track feature adoption post-launch
• Lead discussions between integration partners and engineering teams for new integrations
• Collect and organize qualitative user feedback to inform product decisions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, or project coordination
• Experience with data analysis, including spreadsheets and dashboards
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Curiosity about technology and software product development
