Job Summary

Supporting product teams in a fast-paced environment, the full-time remote Product Operations Associate will manage product launches, synthesize user feedback, and coordinate cross-functional workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support product launches by coordinating go-to-market activities and tracking feature adoption
• Synthesize user feedback from various stakeholders to inform product decisions
• Maintain product documentation and assist with quality assurance processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, or project coordination
• Experience with data analysis, including spreadsheets and dashboards
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
