Product Operations Associate

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and organized, the full-time Product Operations Associate will support day-to-day product execution, marketplace operations, and supplier data management for VendHub while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert business requests and user feedback into clear tickets, summaries, and QA notes while maintaining product trackers and status updates
• Test new features pre-release, document bugs, and ensure released features meet approved requirements
• Maintain accurate supplier and product data, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure completeness before launch

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in product operations, project coordination, or a similar role
• Strong written communication skills to clarify and summarize requests
• High attention to detail, particularly regarding data accuracy and implementation notes
• Comfortable with SaaS products, admin tools, and ticketing systems
• Ability to test software workflows and document issues clearly
