Product Operations Associate

Job Summary

Owning the operational side of AI Communication Agents, the full-time remote Product Operations Associate will partner with Product Management and Engineering to shape roadmaps, manage client feedback, and write and test agent prompts while maintaining quality assurance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Manager and Engineering to define the Communication Agents roadmap
• Manage the client feedback loop by participating in customer calls and addressing issues effectively
• Develop and maintain QA rubrics and audit processes to ensure high-quality outputs

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Product Operations, AI Operations, or Technical Program Management
• Hands-on experience with prompting and evaluating LLM systems
• Experience in building or running QA processes and translating customer feedback into product changes
• Ability to maintain high quality standards in a fast-paced, non-deterministic environment
• Strong written communication skills
