Product Operations Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Product Operations Associate II will manage cross-functional dependencies, ensure compliance and risk coordination, and support vendor management to facilitate the successful launch of new features in the consumer fintech space.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain product-specific trackers for compliance, legal items, and vendor performance, ensuring timely updates and reviews
• Triage new features against regulatory requirements and collaborate with fraud teams to integrate risk controls into product design
• Analyze operational data to provide actionable insights for product and leadership teams, driving improvements in feature performance

Required qualifications

• Experience in product operations, strategy, or program management within consumer fintech or payments
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance landscapes for consumer financial products
• Experience working with fraud and risk functions, particularly in relation to product design
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams with diverse stakeholders effectively
• Track record of translating complex operational data into actionable management information
