Product Operations Contractor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations Contractor to support the core product ops team in delivering on SLAs for Assisted API products.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and format large volumes of data according to established specifications
• Execute automated scripts and tools used in the data processing pipeline
• Conduct thorough QA of outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience handling structured data (Excel, CSV, JSON, etc.)
• Familiarity with data formatting and transformation tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python scripts)
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience with scripting or automation tools is a plus
• Knowledge of HR and payroll concepts is a plus
