Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Strategy & Operations Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Scale merchant loyalty program integrations to enhance revenue growth and customer engagement
• Manage a portfolio of merchants with active loyalty programs and support new partner integrations
• Ensure seamless execution from initial scoping through launch and ongoing optimization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Product Operations, Program Management, or Consulting
• Technical and AI fluency, with experience using Cursor and Claude Desktop
• Comfort with APIs, product requirements, and engineering workflows
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
