Product Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

Product Operations Coordinator is a remote, full-time position responsible for supporting cross-functional initiatives in product and data lifecycle management, client implementation, and operational tool administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, track milestones, and support product and data lifecycle processes
• Partner with product teams and clients to ensure accurate data implementation and gather requirements
• Administer Azure DevOps and maintain documentation for lifecycle workflows and operational standards

Required Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, product operations, PMO, or data operations
• Hands-on experience with work management tools, such as Azure DevOps
• Strong understanding of pharmacy claims data structures and file layouts
• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Experience working in client-facing environments
