Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations Director to oversee operational processes within the Product, UX, and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational efficiency and process transformation by implementing and improving agile development processes
• Set objectives, metrics, and visibility to ensure alignment with company strategy and track product usage metrics
• Manage the P&E calendar and coordinate cross-functional release readiness with various teams

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or Chief of Staff roles in high-growth SaaS environments
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and process optimization
• Strong analytical skills with experience in product analytics tools
• Proven ability to influence and drive alignment across teams
• Experience leading organizational transformation, ideally with AI adoption
