Product Operations Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations Director to lead operational excellence and analytical rigor in the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product planning process and manage the idea-to-adoption lifecycle for efficient execution and successful feature launches
• Collect and analyze product engagement data, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintaining product health dashboards
• Systematize customer feedback collection and aggregation, leveraging AI and automation for prioritized insights

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or a similar role in enterprise software or cybersecurity
• Experience implementing AI tools to automate product tasks
• Proven quantitative approach with experience in data-driven product management processes
• Deep experience with core Product Tech Stack, including JIRA and product analytics platforms
• Strong understanding of product planning processes and Go-to-Market readiness best practices
