Product Operations Engineer

Job Summary

Designing and testing software solutions for learning systems, the remote Product Operations Engineer will implement and support educational applications, manage integrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the company's offerings.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and test software solutions for K-12 learning environments
• Administer and troubleshoot systems, including Canvas LMS and SIS, while coordinating with various teams for operational support
• Analyze technical problems and provide solutions, contributing to user interface design and development

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Experience administering complex systems and integrations, such as Canvas LMS and SIS
• 3+ years of experience with NodeJS and JavaScript
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of relational databases
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services and Git version control
