Product Operations Engineer
Job Summary
Designing and implementing software solutions for K-12 educational environments, the full-time remote Product Operations Engineer will administer systems such as Canvas and SIS, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and test software solutions and RESTful web services using NodeJS and Google Apps Script
- Administer and support systems for over 100 schools, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to improve current and future software developments
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Experience administering complex systems such as Canvas LMS and SIS
- 3+ years of experience with NodeJS and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of relational databases and proficiency with SQL
- Experience with Amazon Web Services and Git version control
