Product Operations Engineer
Job Summary
Designing and implementing software solutions for K-12 learning environments, the full-time remote Product Operations Engineer will administer systems such as Canvas and SIS, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with development teams to enhance product offerings.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and test software solutions and RESTful web services using NodeJS and Google Apps Script
- Administer and support systems, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and maintaining operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, develop user interfaces, and contribute to ongoing product improvements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience with NodeJS and JavaScript
- Experience administering complex systems such as Canvas LMS and SIS
- Proficiency with SQL and understanding of relational databases
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services and experience with Git version control
