Product Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations Lead to drive operational excellence and scale its product organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the execution of product operations strategies for alignment and transparency across teams
• Optimize end-to-end product development processes including planning and release management
• Ensure coordination between Product, User Experience, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams for seamless product launches

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 8-12+ years of experience in product management or related functions, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of building and scaling operational functions in a fast-paced environment
• Deep understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop insights based on data
