Product Operations Lead

Job Summary

Focusing on tactical execution and functional validation, the remote full-time Product Operations Lead will manage product requirements, prioritize backlog items, and coordinate feature validation while ensuring compliance with GxP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while maintaining the product backlog
• Validate newly developed features against requirements and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to consolidate feedback
• Track product delivery schedules, provide updates to stakeholders, and prepare documentation for Go-To-Market efforts

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Agile software development as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Strong understanding of SQL, APIs, and JSON
• Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare workflow environments
• Familiarity with GxP compliance guidelines and validated software environments
• Proven ability to write structured user stories and validation rules
