Product Operations Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a founding Product Operations Lead, the full-time remote position will define and own the operational backbone of the Product organization, focusing on developing systems, processes, and standards to enhance product quality and execution across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain systems and processes to track product performance
• Own and evolve the operating system used by Product to plan, track, and communicate work
• Drive cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or a similar role
• Experience in fast-moving, product-led organizations with minimal process emphasis
• Strong systems thinker capable of designing scalable operating models
• Proven ability to take ownership and execute scrappy solutions
• Prior payments experience and a desire to understand VGS's products deeply
