Product Operations Lead
Job Summary
Leading the operational strategy for the Product Operations Team, the full-time salaried Product Operations Lead will manage team performance, establish governance processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop Product Owners and Project Managers while establishing team objectives aligned with organizational priorities
- Standardize product and project management practices across all product lines and develop governance processes to ensure quality and accountability

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in Product Management or technology organizations
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams in an enterprise software environment
- Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and operational metrics for performance measurement
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile delivery methodologies
