Product Operations Lead
Job Summary
Leading the Product Operations Team in a full-time remote capacity, the Product Operations Lead will oversee operational leadership, establish governance processes, and drive performance management to ensure successful delivery of enterprise software products.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Product Owners, Project Managers, and the User Experience & Accessibility Specialist while fostering a high-performing team culture
- Establish operational standards and governance processes across the Product Operations organization to improve efficiency and collaboration
- Develop and maintain departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and create executive dashboards for visibility into operational performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams in an enterprise software environment
- Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and operational metrics
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile delivery methodologies
