Product Operations Lead
Job Summary
To support the operational leadership of the Product Operations Team, the full-time salaried Product Operations Lead will manage a team of Product Owners, Project Managers, and a User Experience & Accessibility Specialist, ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise software products in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members while establishing team objectives aligned with organizational priorities
- Standardize product and project management practices across all product lines and develop governance processes
- Implement departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and create executive dashboards to measure performance and drive improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or Project Management
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams in an enterprise software environment
- Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and operational metrics
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile delivery methodologies
