Product Operations Lead
Job Summary
Leading the Product Operations Team, the full-time salaried Product Operations Lead will oversee day-to-day operations, mentor team members, and establish processes to ensure the successful delivery of enterprise software products in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop Product Owners, Project Managers, and the User Experience & Accessibility Specialist while fostering a high-performing team culture
- Establish operational standards and governance processes across the Product Operations organization to enhance efficiency and collaboration
- Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to measure product delivery and team effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or Project Management
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams in an enterprise software environment
- Experience in developing KPIs, dashboards, and operational metrics
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
