Product Operations Lead

Job Summary

Leading the Product Operations Team in a full-time remote capacity, the Product Operations Lead will oversee operational excellence, team leadership, and performance management to ensure the successful delivery of enterprise software products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Product Owners, Project Managers, and the User Experience & Accessibility Specialist while establishing team objectives and fostering a high-performing culture
• Standardize product and project management practices across product lines and develop governance processes that promote consistency and quality
• Implement and maintain departmental KPIs and operational metrics, creating dashboards for executive reporting and identifying continuous improvement opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or Project Management within an enterprise software environment
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and implementing operational processes and governance standards
• Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and operational metrics for performance measurement
• Strong project portfolio and resource management skills with the ability to influence and drive organizational alignment
