Product Operations Lead
Job Summary
Focused on executing product requirements, the full-time remote Product Operations Lead will manage backlog prioritization, validate features, and track release schedules while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a regulated healthcare software environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver clear business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications while managing the product backlog
- Validate features against requirements and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to consolidate feedback
- Track product delivery schedules and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding release progress and risks
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Agile software development as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Strong understanding of SQL, APIs, and JSON
- Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare workflow environments
- Familiarity with GxP compliance guidelines and validated software environments
- Proven capability in technical writing for user stories and acceptance criteria
