Product Operations Lead

Job Summary

Building a new function from the ground up, the full-time Product Operations Lead will design processes for product releases, create training content, and enhance internal communication to drive client adoption and efficiency across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own the process for transforming product releases into actionable documentation and training materials
• Develop templates, playbooks, and an operating rhythm to ensure real adoption of processes within the product team
• Coordinate the annual planning calendar, managing release scheduling, capacity, and priorities across teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Product Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 12-15+ years in product operations, implementation, or program management, with experience in building functions
• Background in sales, service, or product roles, demonstrating empathy for their needs and challenges
• Proven track record of designing scalable processes that are actively adopted by teams
• Experience in B2B SaaS, particularly with cloud transitions, and familiarity with AI-assisted operational tools is a plus
