Product Operations Leader

Job Summary

To architect next-generation execution for Product teams, the full-time Senior Lead, Product Operations will define and evolve the operating model, drive AI-enabled operational excellence, and improve execution and visibility in a remote-eligible role.

Key responsibilities

• Architect the operating model for Product, Design, and Product Marketing, ensuring high-quality delivery
• Introduce AI-assisted processes to enhance decision quality and automate workflows across the Product Development Lifecycle
• Lead cross-functional forums to drive alignment and resolve risks early in the product execution process

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or related roles in scaling SaaS companies
• Demonstrated experience building AI-native workflows and prototyping with automation tools
• Proven success in developing operating models and governance systems in a software environment
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders
• Strong fluency in operational tools such as Productboard and Figma
