Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Operations Liaison.
Key Responsibilities
- Mediate between members and the administrative team to ensure effective claim processing
- Advocate for members by investigating open claims and facilitating communication regarding claim statuses
- Process various types of claims and manage escalations to ensure timely resolutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or data entry role required
- Group Health Insurance/Benefits experience preferred
- Experience working with medical claims is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
