Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations Liaison.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mediate between members and the administrative team to ensure effective claim processing
  • Advocate for members by investigating open claims and facilitating communication regarding claim statuses
  • Process various types of claims and manage escalations to ensure timely resolutions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or data entry role required
  • Group Health Insurance/Benefits experience preferred
  • Experience working with medical claims is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
