Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations Liaison to facilitate communication between internal/external teams and clients while managing claim reviews and investigations.

Key Responsibilities

• Mediate between members and the administrative team regarding claim statuses
• Advocate for timely processing of claims and manage escalations for high-value claims
• Process various claims and support the overall service strategy for clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• 2+ years experience in an administrative or data entry role required
• Group Health Insurance/Benefits experience preferred
• Experience working with medical claims is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
