Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Operations Liaison to facilitate communication between internal/external teams and clients while managing claim reviews and investigations.
Key Responsibilities
- Mediate between members and the administrative team regarding claim statuses
- Advocate for timely processing of claims and manage escalations for high-value claims
- Process various claims and support the overall service strategy for clients
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- 2+ years experience in an administrative or data entry role required
- Group Health Insurance/Benefits experience preferred
- Experience working with medical claims is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
