Product Operations Liaison

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations Liaison to interact with internal and external teams and clients to provide customer service through claim review and investigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Mediate between members and the administrative team regarding claims
• Advocate for members by investigating open claims to ensure timely processing
• Facilitate communication and handle escalations related to claims and various projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative or data entry role required
• Group Health Insurance/Benefits experience preferred
• Experience working with medical claims is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
