Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Operations Liaison to interact with internal and external teams and clients to provide customer service through claim review and investigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Mediate between members and the administrative team regarding claims
- Advocate for members by investigating open claims to ensure timely processing
- Facilitate communication and handle escalations related to claims and various projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or data entry role required
- Group Health Insurance/Benefits experience preferred
- Experience working with medical claims is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
