Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations Manager in the United States(Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Product Enablement Hub team to provide shared services across the Digital Product organization
• Define and execute strategy for Ford's beta testing program with over 2,000 Ford customers
• Support the Digital Product Management organization by building a sustainable feedback loop with customers

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8+ years in a management role and progressive responsibilities in technology, business development, or operations
• 3+ years in a product management role
• Experience using data to influence decisions at an executive or leadership level
• Ability to organize and manage several different workstreams at once
