Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations Manager, Specialty HDOL.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage integrated third-party vendors connected to the HUB Drive Online solution
• Oversee ongoing customer improvements and solutions, monitoring client integration processes
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure customer success and effective platform functionality

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in digital product, operations, or project management
• Understanding of high-level technical concepts, including API integrations and UI/UX
• Experience in customer success strategies with digital client interfaces
• Familiarity with JIRA Software and Agile methodology
• Proven track record in digital project delivery from requirement development to client production release
