Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize KPIs/SLOs/SLAs; build performance dashboards and conduct health reviews
• Ensure critical customer value processes are measured and monitored; identify and surface findings
• Translate processes into automation specifications; evaluate vendors and measure operational impact

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a technical role (product ops, software engineering, data, etc.)
• Strong SQL skills and experience in data analysis
• Experience building internal tooling with low-code platforms
• Familiarity with scripting and AI-assisted coding
• Experience with internal operations teams in healthcare (licensing, credentialing, payer enrollment)
