Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to enhance R&D operations and align objectives with business goals
• Develop project strategies and frameworks that promote productivity and enable self-organization
• Create and maintain documentation and playbooks to ensure consistency and standards across operations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a data-heavy environment
• 1+ years of experience as a power user or admin in Jira
• Understanding of SDLC and project management frameworks
• Ability to make data-driven decisions
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred
